OKX Wallet to upgrade Keyless Wallet (MPC) service

Dear OKX users:
OKX Wallet will update MPC service on 23:00 1st, Nov 2023 as to provide better keyless wallet experience.
The update will last 10 minutes. During which, users can check wallet balance, but creating and restoring keyless wallet as well as transaction is not available.
