OKX to support MEME token migration

OKX will support the token migration of MEME token at a 100,000:1 ratio. Details as followed:
- All pending orders for MEME tokens will be cancelled and MEME spot trading pair MEME/USDT will be closed at 07:00 am UTC on Sep
- MEME transfers, deposits and withdrawals will be closed at 10:00 am UTC on Sep28.
- A snapshot and subsequent token migration will take place at 04:00 pm UTC on Sep28.
The snapshot will take place in both funding and trading accounts. MEME withdrawals will open after token migration. Users will be notified of the exact opening time in a later announcement.
