Trading of RSS3 will start according to the following schedule:
- RSS3 deposits open at 4:00 am UTC on Feb. 14
- Spot trading for RSS3/USDT opens at 7:00 am UTC on Feb. 14
- RSS3 withdrawals open at 10:00 am UTC on Feb. 15
