Pendle is a protocol that helps you get fixed yields and sell future yields on specific token assets.

When you deposit assets in Pendle, the underlying asset is represented by PT (principal token), and YT (yield token) refers to your expected yield. In this case, you can manage your assets more easily and freely.

In order for you to get fixed yields, OKX Web3 DeFi only supports PT, so you can redeem them at 1:1 on maturity.

You can redeem your PT before maturity by selling them to a liquidity pool. However, the sale is subject to market conditions such as current price, current yield, price slippage, and liquidity. This may cause either a profit or loss based on your entry price and exit price.
